repaired and seviced yesterday by a wonderful man. I highly recommend Celstine for non-electronic
sewing machine repair. Call the phone number in the Tahiti Cruising Guide (not the one posted here
several weeks ago), and he will come meet you at the Faa’a airport and take you to his house which is
place of repair. He is a master!
The coordinates may be accurate, but the neighborhood is complicated, best win is to call and follow
him.

We spent most of a day sourcing a motor for an older machine. It appears that sewing machine
mechanics have died out in Tahiti but two unlikely shops stocked motors: the Panasonic Shop adjacent
to Hyper Bricolage and the Cannon shop.
